Families with children under 20 who meet the income test.

Up to $5,701 / year when the youngest is under 5; $4,125 if 5–18

Single parents under the income cut-off, or couples where the secondary earner’s income is low.

Same claim as Part A. Couples: the secondary earner’s income is what tapers this, not the main wage.
